2. A confirmation/revert will be expected from you to hold the workation.
3.30% advance will be required to confirm the bookings. Payment modes will be shared on email/whatsapp.
4. Once the advance payment is done and verified, you will receive a booking confirmation on your email/whatsapp with complete details like workation property name, address, managers' mobile numbers, payment status, location on google map etc. Instantly your booking details will be shared with the manager/caretaker of the workation booked.

- Related content eg. details, photos, videos etc given on the website is actual and based on the recently gathered information of each workation property.
- Check and read the details carefully before selecting the property (Eg. inclusion, facilities, distance, accessibility, food etc.
- No Refund of advance, if visitors deny to stay in the booked workation property for any personal reason.
- Transportation to and fro charges to workation property are included in the price.
- The package inclusions are exclusively for the resident guests. If the guests are travelling along with their Drivers, Servants & Maids, Please ask about their lodging and food arrangements and prices before booking.
- Visitors are requested to carry a proof of their identity & address.

- Unreasonable or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and the manager of the property reserves the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing trouble to other holidaymakers. In such cases WorkationIndia.Com will not be providing a refund for lost days.
- Children must be continuously supervised by their guardians/parents who are to be totally responsible for their welfare and behaviour.
- You may need to trek (Ranges from 50 meters to 500 meters) from Road/Parking to Workation Property. The trekking (easy/difficult) distance varies with the property. Read the workation property detail page thoroughly.
- Balance payment to be made during Check-In.
- On demand of bill, GST would be applicable above the mentioned price.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- 30% of the total amount required as an advance for confirmation of your bookings.
- The cancellation Policy rules will be applied on your advance booking amount.
- If Cancellation made more than 10 days prior to the Check-in date, Full refund less Rs 20% (of advance amount) as a cancellation charge.
- If Cancellation made from 10 days to 0 days prior to the arrival date - No Refund.
- Cancellation refund will be processed in 7 working days.
